Croco

The thief Mallow was in pursuit of would crop up again and again throughout his and Mario’s adventure, a greedy purple crocodile with a knack for pickpocketing and kleptomania, acting as a recurring mini-boss of sorts.

This is Croco, the resident rival character common to most RPGs, a small boss the characters would fight multiple times as a gauge to see how they’ve grown. He doesn’t have much of a role beyond that, but just enough to warrant his placement here.

As a fighter, Croco will be among the faster characters, with not too much in the way of power, preferring sneaky underhanded moves instead. His moveset will pull from his various boss battles in the game.
