Another game that brought with it a completely unique and distinct design aesthetic was Super Mario 3D World, a game that seemed to pull heavy inspiration from Super Mario Bros. 2. The game had climbable walls, clear pipes running everywhere, and large bell-shaped trees that rang if you climbed them.
A stage based on this level would include many of these core concepts. The stage would have two major areas of play, an area at the top of a large climbable wall and an area far below at the bottom. Several bell trees will grow on the stage, each one ringing when they are collided with, and a clear pipe will run from the top section to the bottom, characters free to take it any time they need.
