Although Castle Bleck already represents a portion of Super Paper Mario, it would be incomplete without Flipside. Flipside is the hub world of the game, and also acts as a hub world between universes, a waystation of sorts between them all where interdimensional travelers can stop and rest their heads.
The stage will take place on top of Flipside Tower, with the Pure Heart Doors behind them, and lines forming platforms in two areas. Count Bleck’s black hole appears in the background and will steadily grow larger as the fight carries on. The stage will also frequently flip between 2D and 3D, giving the characters a new layout to fight on.
