Nearly falling to his death, Bones is caught and rescued by a strange twelve-year-old boy wearing a towel as a cape, demonstrating super strength, the ability to fly, and super breath.
This child introduces himself as Kid Dynamo, a teen superhero who developed superpowers from a strange blue meteor that passed over his head on the day of his birth. As he grew, he used these powers to help others, accompanied by his likewise superpowered dog, Lightning.
As a fighter in the game, Kid Dynamo will, of course, have super strength and will likewise be flighty with strong aerials. His moveset will pull from the superpowers he demonstrates in the episode as well as the assistance he receives from Lightning.
