Once when visiting the zoo to see if his father is there, Donkey Kong Jr. and Bones come across a literal Scooby-Doo plot, with a pale, ghostly gorilla coming in the middle of the night to abduct the zoo’s animals.
This is the Gorilla Ghost, soon revealed to be a henchman hired by the zoo’s keeper to steal the animals and put them to work in a nearby mine, digging up jewels for the zookeeper’s profit. Really dumb plan aside, the ghost is one of the more memorable foes Donkey Kong Jr. faced.
As a fighter, the ghost will be incredibly strong, though not as strong as you’d expect from a gorilla. He probably wouldn’t be as fast as you’d think either. His moves will pull from the tricks he pulls as the ghost as well as the tools used by the man inside and his employer inside the mine.
