As the heroes move on, they reach World 4, a world of snow and ice primarily inhabited by little ice cream puff creatures that get around by skating all of the time.
These are Flurries, the resident snow creatures of Subcon. They will not go on to see a major presence in the Mario series, their niche being filled by such enemies as Mr. Blizzard and Spike. They will however crop up frequently in Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, on any episode set in a snowy world.
As might be expected, they will be light and floaty, like a snow flurry, with quick almost unwieldy movements as if they are always skating on ice. Their moves will primarily pull from Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, making use of the many tricks they use against the Mario brothers and their companions.
