TRIXIE
Now, let's move on to the Multimedia Roster, for a character who I not only forgot the name of, but also her job. I listed her as a clown working for Barney Todd in the Saturday Supercade episode "Circus Daze," but apparently she was an animal trainer. Either way, she was, in a sense, Barney's Pauline, helping him track down and capture Donkey Kong, only to empathize with the big ape being forced to perform a cruel trick and join forces with Mario and Pauline to rescue him. I initially only went with Barney, as my thought process was "Who best represents the episode?" when I could easily have made them both echoes.
So, my answer is . . .
YES
Here's the moveset based on Barney's:
Standard B: Whip and Chair
Probably a bit more gentle with it, but she still knows how to handle it.
Side B: Juggling Act
Possibly a little clumsier with it.
Up B: Trampoline and Trapeze
She probably jumps higher and can perform it better.
Down B: Hoop
More or less the same.
Final Smash: Breakout
She will personally set them all free.
Entrance: She will appear on the ringmaster's stand.
Taunts: Up, she will make an elephant stand on its back legs. Side, she pet one of her animals. Down, she will shake her head and sit down.
Kirby Hat: Her hairdo
Kart: Based on the van driven by Barney Todd.
Special Move: She will release an elephant to rampage ahead of her.
Spirit Battle: On Fire Escape, with Barney Todd.
Victory Screen: She will hold her arms up as a lion roars behind her.
Losing Screen: The trapeze stand will break under her and she will fall.
Color Swaps: Her normal outfit, an outfit based on Barney, an outfit based on the Strongman, an outfit based on Donkey Kong, an outfit based on Pauline's nurse outfit in the episode, an outfit based on Pauline's clown outfit in the episode, a lion-themed outfit, an elephant-themed outfit.
Thanks for reading! Next up, a couple of one-off characters from the Super Mario Bros. Super Show!
