SOOGA
Today, we begin the third (and probably last) big character haul of the Zelda series, assuming the Tingle and CDi games, the remakes, the animated series, and the comics don't add in anything too drastic. Our list covers twenty-eight familiar faces, and they are:
1. Linkle
2. The Youth
3. Wild Zelda
4. Wild Impa
5. Twili Midna
6. Lana
7. Darmani
8. Yunobo
9. Mikau
10. Sidon
11. Teba
12. Riju
13. Hestu
14. Epona
15. Tingle
16. Agitha
17. Purah & Robbie
18. Yves
19. Terrako
20. King Rhoam
21. Wild Fairies
22. Monk Maz Koshia
23. Cia
24. Astor
25. Volga
26. Wizzro
27. Manhandla
28. Sooga
Today, we finish off our list with Sooga, a Yiga Clan blademaster and right hand man of Master Kohga, an original character to Age of Calamity who acts as a boss frequently throughout the game, and seems to give his life to save Master Kohga when their clan is betrayed by Astor. He is added as a DLC playable character thanks to his popularity as a character.
Most of his moveset is based on the twin blades he wields, with which he can perform a cross slash, a double thrust, a spin, a quick flurry, and a counter. He can also fly into a rage mode, throw exploding kunai, drop a Kohga stature out of nowhere, and slash hard enough to cut through a tornado. He can also summon a giant sword made out of metal with Magnesis.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Exploding Kunai
He will send out a series of Kunai as a swarm of projectiles, which will explode on contact, each blade dealing small damage.
Side B: Cross Slash
He will slash his two swords in an X-shape before him, hard enough to create a large X of light in the air before him that will move forward some distance and deal heavy damage and knockback.
Up B: Twin Blade Spin
He will perform a spinning move will his two blades that will carry him up into the air a little bit.
Down B: Kohga Statue
He will pull out a large statue of Master Kohga and slam it down onto the ground in front of him, dealing fairly heavy damage.
Final Smash: Magnesis Blade
He will activate his Magnesis rune, which will pull a bunch of metal together into a giant blade, which will then slash at one opponent multiple times before launching them.
Entrance: He will appear in a poof out of thin air.
Taunts: Up, he will spin his swords and place them back against his back. Side, he will cross his arms and look menacingly. Down, he will kneel as if addressing his master.
Thanks for reading! Now, let's finish up by updating our roster, or should I say, rosters?
