NORTH CASTLE
As for Zelda’s castle, the features that stand out to me of the cartoon version are the two towers that act as Link and Zelda’s respective bedrooms, just close enough together for regular shenanigans to take place.
My idea for the stage would be for it to take place mostly on those two towers, their balconies acting as platforms. There might be a row of ramparts below the towers as an extra level of platform, and a rope attached to an arrow will act as a bouncy platform between them, which will break after a short while. One will be able to see the Triforce of Wisdom through Link’s window.
