Basically, the same basic logic applying to the Goron characters applies here. Ruto, Mikau, Mipha, and Sidon are all deserving of a slot, and, most likely, Ruto, Mipha, and Sidon will all gain brand new movesets when we get to the Warriors games, which will leave Mikau to inherit this one, but for now, I'd say Ruto and Mipha are most deserving of the four.

Zoras have a complicated history in the series, starting out as basically "Creatures from the Black Lagoon" that served as your core water enemies, but when Ocarina of Time came around, they got a major facelift and practically became the "Middle-Earth elves" of Hyrule mixed with fish. Ruto was the princess of their race and the sage of the water temple. Across the games, they could swim fast, dive from high up, perform a high-speed swim maneuver, use the fins on their arms as blades, and project a shield around themselves. Mikau was a musician with a fishbone guitar, and Mipha and Sidon could both climb waterfalls and wielded tridents and spears. Mipha also had her healing magic (though that will probably be the semi- part of the clone).

Here's the moveset I came up with:

Standard B: Fin Blades

Ruto will send her arm fins spinning forward just like Mikau would (naturally this will remain the same later on).

Side B: High Speed Swim

Ruto will spin forward fast as if swimming through the air, naturally relating to the whole species' swimming prowess as well as Mikau himself.

Up B: Waterfall

Pulled more from Sidon and Mipha, but still fitting for all Zoras. Ruto will rush upward on a waterfall and launch herself into the air.

Down B: Blue Shield

She will project a shield around herself, once again, much like Mikau would.

Final Smash: Lord Jabu-Jabu

Lord Jabu-Jabu will appear behind the stage, open his mouth, and breathe in, swallowing all fighters whole.

Entrance: She will burst from a puddle of water on the ground.

Taunts: Up, she will swim up into the air for a second. Side, she will spread her hands and cause water spouts to form. Down, she will sit down on the ground as if waiting for you to carry her.

Thanks for reading! Next up, we have her fellow Zora, Mipha!
