Finally, we have the Hero's Shade, a spirit guide to Link throughout his journey in Twilight Princess and strongly implied to be the Link of Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. He appears to Link throughout the game, each time teaching him a complicated sword technique he can use (probably making this fighter a pure swordfighter).

Among these moves are the Ending Blow, a fatal downward thrust into an enemy on their back; an attack to bash opponents with his shield; the Back Slice, in which Link rolls around an enemy and strikes them from behind; the Helm Splitter, that features Link jumping over his enemy for an attack; the Mortal Draw, an instant-kill attack that requires his sword to be sheathed first; the Jump Strike, in which Link jumps forward and stabs his sword into the ground; and finally the Great Spin, basically an amped-up spin attack.

Here's the moveset I came up with:

Standard B: Shield Attack

The Hero's Shade will hold his shield out in front of him and then bash it forward, knocking opponents away.

Side B: Mortal Draw

He will sheathe his sword and hold it for as long as the player holds it, striking at just the right moment when released. Much like Ridley's tail attack, it will have a sweet spot.

Up B: Jump Strike

The Hero's Shade will leap up into the air and then come back down and stab the ground, causing an earthquake. (Helm Splitter also works here too).

Down B: Back Slice

The Shade will roll around an opponent and immediately slash back the way he came.

Final Smash: Great Spin and Ending Blow

He will start with the great spin, spinning rapidly to send everyone flying. The fighter closest to the Shade will then be targeted, with the Shade leaping up and stabbing them through the chest to finish them off.

Entrance: He will appear as a golden wolf for a minute before the air shimmers and the Shade rises.

Taunts: Honestly, it might be fun if he has all the same taunts as Young Link or regular Link.

Thanks for reading! Now that we're done with "Link Week," let's cover some Zelda alts, starting with Tetra!
