For this set of characters, more or less the same approach applies as the previous races, except that, this time, all three major members of the species (Medli, Revali, and Teba) have distinct movesets in Hyrule Warriors, meaning they will all likely end up superceding what we build here today, with no one for it to fall back to. That said, those movesets are built around the core concepts of the characters already, so hopefully we'll at least lay some ground work.

Ritos first appeared in Wind Waker, as a humanoid bird race that evolved from the ancient Zoras. As the game progresses, you soon discover that Medli, a musician and caretaker of the Rito prince, is descended from the last of the Zora sages, making her the new sage of the Earth Temple. Across the game, she is shown to be able to fly, use her lyre to play music and reflect light, supplies Link with the grappling hook, and tends to the dragon Valoo. Her Breath of the Wild counterparts are skilled with a bow and arrow, and the champion Revali can create a strong updraft to carry flying individuals high into the air.

Here's the moveset I came up with:

Standard B: Reflection

She will hold out her lyre to reflect a strong beam of light, powerful enough to inflict burn damage on her opponents.

Side B: Grappling Hook

Though I believe she will have a few wind attacks to work with in Warriors, for the moment, I'm going to settle for the grappling hook, which will then act similarly to Isabelle's fishing rod.

Up B: Updraft

Now, she obviously doesn't have Revali's Gale, but something similar just with much less lift to it would suffice just fine.

Down B: Medli's Song

She will strum a melody on her lyre that will put anyone nearby to sleep. Your basic Jigglypuff-style move.

Final Smash: Valoo

The dragon Valoo will drop onto the stage. Medli will fall down below it and start yanking on his tail, causing him to throw a tantrum and wreak havoc to the other fighters.

Entrance: She will flutter onto the stage.

Taunts: Up, she will swoop up for a second. Side, she will nod respectfully to the ghost of her Zora ancestor. Down, he will strum a little melody.

Thanks for reading! Next up, we cover the arrogant champion, Revali!
