And now, for our last "sage" type. No Warriors-related concerns need be addressed today, as Makar was never featured, and Hestu has yet to be on the table. Koroks are an odd race, little simple-minded creatures made of wood, supposedly descended from the Kokiri. Makar is a musician among them who had a tendency to get himself lost. He is soon revealed to be descended from the last Kokiri sage and thus the sage of the Wind Temple.

In Wind Waker, Makar and his fellows are seen playing a violin, flying with spinning leaves, planting a tree that would then sprout up out of the ground, get launched from spitting flowers, use a Deku Leaf to blow strong gusts of wind around and float, and utilize Deku Nuts.

Here's the moveset I came up with:

Standard B: Deku Nut

He will pull out and throw a large Deku Nut that will pop on impact, leaving the enemy stunned.

Side B: Deku Leaf

He will pull out his Deku Leaf and use it to blow a strong gust of wind forward. If you use it right, it can also be a strong recovery move.

Up B: Flower Launch

He will jump into a launching flower and get spit up high into the air, pulling out his spinning leaves and floating down after a while.

Down B: Plant a Tree

He will plant a tree in the ground, that will then burst out of it a few seconds later, spiking anyone standing above it.

Final Smash: Great Deku Tree

Much like Saria before him, he will plant a seed which will then sprout up into the Great Deku Tree, specifically the Wind Waker design of the character.

Entrance: He will float down on his spinning leaf.

Taunts: Up, he will strike a pose and say "Wah-hah!" (I know, that's Breath of the Wild, but I can't not include it). Side, he will pull out his violin and play a song. Down, he will look and the ground then around as if lost.

Thanks for reading! Now, we begin the NPC portion of our list, starting with Malon.
