Character Sheet: Omega Metroid

OMEGA METROID

And now we come to the end of the game-originating characters (at least for now, the other media so far have added a few more in both Mario and Zelda). We have only two newcomers to mention today. They are:

1. Zero Suit Samus

2. Omega Metroid

While the original game just had the Omega Metroid as the single most developed and toughest of the different Metroid forms, Metroid: Samus Returns expands on the Omega Metroid, giving it an expansive moveset for a boss battle in its own right. For starters, it can fire a powerful laser beam from its mouth, both straight across at its opponent and at the ground. It can also leap really high, swipe with its large claws, and pound the ground with its tail. More than enough.

Here's the moveset I came up with:

Standard B: Laser Beam

It will charge up its mouth and fire a beam of hot energy from it.

Side B: Claw

It will lunge forward, slashing with its large claws.

Up B: Leap

It will leap high into the air and come back down on its opponents.

Down B: Energy Blast

It will blast its beam of energy at the ground and slowly move upward and outward, creating hot fire across the floor.

Final Smash: Final Metamorphosis

The Metroid's body will crack open and it will burst out as a Metroid Queen, lashing out and attacking those around it.

Entrance: A Zeta Metroid will hatch into it.

Taunts: Up, it will breathe fire into the air. Side, it will swipe and slam the ground with its tail. Down, it will crouch and sniff around for energy.

Kirby Hat: Its head as a hat.

Kart: Based on a Zeta Metroid's shell.

Special Move: It can breathe a beam of fire around itself in a straight line.

Spirit Battle: A battle on SR388.

Victory Screen: It will draw in enough energy and start hatching into a Queen.

Losing Screen: It will die and then crumble into nothing.

Color Swaps: Its standard green, a silvery shell, a black shell, a red shell, a blue shell, a black and purple shell, a golden shell, and a black-and-white old-timey look.

Thanks for reading! Now, let's put it all together!
