TINGLE

As far back as Majora’s Mask, we encounter one of the most polarizing characters in the Zelda series, either beloved or reviled by the fanbase. We first meet him in Clocktown, a man who claims to be a fairy, who spends most of his time floating around Termina on a balloon, making maps of the landscape below.

This is Tingle. He would recur time and time again, in Wind Waker and most of the handheld games, often as a mapmaker but also serving other roles such as trying to steal crystals from you. He would even see a set of four spinoffs starring him, just enough to make his own roster.

As a fighter, Tingle will be a bit of a gag character, with erratic oddball movements and a light, floaty playstyle. His moveset will pull from his game appearances, his moveset in Hyrule Warriors, and his own set of games.
