Tingle’s first spinoff game came in the form of Freshly-Picked Tingle’s Rosy Rupeeland, largely a money management game with only the most basic of combat mechanics. The story follows Tingle as he is contacted by a strange man with a rupee for a head, who offers him a chance to visit the mystical Rupeeland by dumping as many rupees as he can into a pond.

This is Uncle Rupee, Tingle’s mentor and guide throughout most of the game until he is ultimately revealed to have evil, self-serving intentions, using Tingle to gather as many rupees as possible to feed his own greed.

As a fighter, Uncle Rupee will not be particularly active, mostly sitting on his floating couch and attacking from a distance. His moveset will pull entirely from his final battle in the game.
