Ripened Tingle’s Balloon Trip of Love is an oddity among the Zelda series, as is most of his spinoffs. It takes place entirely inside a magical book more or less recreating the story of The Wizard of Oz.

I think the book is the most important thing to represent here. The stage will take place inside an illustration, with the words of the story lining the outside, sorta the way the Game & Watch and Game Boy line Flat Zone and Dreamland (3DS). Occasionally the page will flip over, cycling the stage through familiar locations in the game, including the farm where the story starts, the dark forest with the chasm the heroes struggle to cross, the train they take to the capitol, and the princess’s castle itself.
