Character Sheet: Eddie the Mean Old Yeti

EDDIE THE MEAN OLD YETI

Now, we have finished the television series, and we have SO many characters to cover, from all across the spectrum. There are a few characters here and there that might get a few upgrades to their movesets, mostly being the Donkey Kong cast (one example, I think Klump should absolutely have a Klaptrap gun now). Today, let's cover Eddie the Mean Old Yeti, a recurring character of the Donkey Kong Country TV series. He is a . . . sorta grumpy, but generally not particularly unfriendly yeti who lives alone on the icy mountain in the middle of Kongo Bongo, initially only appearing when the Kongs' and Kremlings' shenanigans ended up accidentally landing them in the middle of his lair, but steadily gaining more and more of a presence as the series went on. Across the episodes, we saw him use a big stick as a club, turn it into a torch with fire, roar and stomp around loud enough to keep the entire island awake for several knights, throw snowballs, punch a gigantic ice block down the mountain as a form of express delivery for Cranky, and take up the role of Clarence in an "It's a Wonderful Life" parody.

Here's the moveset I came up with:

Standard B: Snowball

He will create a large snowball in his hands and throw it forward at top speed as a projectile.

Side B: Big Stick

He will whip out his big stick and swing it around, bringing it down on top of an opponent's head.

Up B: Angel Wings

His wings from his Clarence persona will sprout and he will float upwards surrounded by holy light.

Down B: Roar

He will let loose a mighty roar, loud enough to shake the stage around him and cause a small earthquake.

Final Smash: Ice Block Delivery

He will jump to one side of the screen, behind a gigantic ice block. He will wind up a massive punch, and send the block sliding across the stage, forcing everyone else off along with it.

Entrance: He will stomp in wearing his nightcap.

Taunts: Up, he will dance around happily with his club in the air. Side, he will stomp around like he's throwing a tantrum. Down, he will slip and fall on ice.

Thanks for reading! Next up, we have . . . well, I don't know what he is exactly. You'll see.
