MONKEY
In the place of the Eastern Palace of Hyrule, Link will instead encounter the Palace of Darkness. If he wants to get in and complete the dungeon inside, he will have to seek out a mischievous little monkey named Kiki, hanging out somewhere nearby, who will open the palace door for him, for a price.
This will not be the only time Link will encounter, and subsequently have to work with, a monkey hanging around the Zelda universe. In Majora’s Mask, he will have to rescue one held captive by the Deku Scrubs, and in Twilight Princess, he will have to work with a whole host of them to traverse the Faron Woods region, helping them take down their corrupted chief.
As fighters, the Monkeys will be fast on their feet and agile enough to get to places others can’t, though that will come at the cost of their strength. Their movesets will pull from across their appearances and the various ways they help Link, as well as the Monkey Chief’s boss battle in Twilight Princess.
Likelihood rating: Probably not.
