MINISH/PICORI
Today, we begin a new round of character sheets, all primarily appearing in the 2D titles from Oracles to Tri Force Heroes. We have quite a few, though not as many as the 3D titles. Among them are:
1. Four Links
2. Ravio
3. Princess Hilda
4. Toon Zelda
5. Din
6. Nayru
7. Ezlo
8. Minish/Picori
9. Linebeck
10. Oshus & Ciela
11. Ralph
12. Alfonzo
13. Madame Couture
14. Subrosian
15. Onox
16. Veran
17. Vaati
18. Bellum
19. Chancellor Cole & Malladus
20. Yuga
21. Lady Maud
22. Byrne
Today, we cover the Minish, otherwise known as the Picori, a race of tiny people that live unseen around Hyrule, who can only be seen by children. Ezlo and Vaati are both members of the race, and as such, the Minish can act perfectly well as a clone or semi-clone of Ezlo, just with their more iconic appearance, seeing as Ezlo's Minish form looks a bit distinct from them, but they likewise have a lot of the same abilities.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Cane of Pacci
Probably the only one that can't quite be tied to them, but as it's often used to reveal cracks to allow one to shrink, I guess it makes sense for them to have it. Otherwise, the Picori Blade might be made use of, hence why I'm riding the fence on full or semi-clone status.
Side B: Elastic Mushroom
Will probably function the same. They might be faster and launch farther, given Ezlo is an older member.
Up B: Updraft
Same, but with a large leaf rather than the hat itself acting as a parachute.
Down B: Shrink
Of course a natural fit for this moveset.
Final Smash: Size of the Minish
Could do the same, although while I am here, I am reminded of a scene in which a large house made from a log is rolled, and I wonder if that might not work better.
Entrance: They will appear from a cracked stump.
Taunts: Up, the Minish will peer upward, as if studying something much larger than itself. Side, the Minish will look over the pieces of the Picori Blade. Down, the Minish will open a giant book and start reading it for a moment.
Thanks for reading! Next up, a fan favorite from Phantom Hourglass!
