Today, we begin a new round of character sheets, all primarily appearing in the 2D titles from Oracles to Tri Force Heroes. We have quite a few, though not as many as the 3D titles. Among them are:
1. Four Links
2. Ravio
3. Princess Hilda
4. Toon Zelda
5. Din
6. Nayru
7. Ezlo
8. Minish/Picori
9. Linebeck
10. Oshus & Ciela
11. Ralph
12. Alfonzo
13. Madame Couture
14. Subrosian
15. Onox
16. Veran
17. Vaati
18. Bellum
19. Chancellor Cole & Malladus
20. Yuga
21. Lady Maud
22. Byrne
Today, let's cover the first of our run of villains. Onox is the villain of Oracle of Seasons, a golden knight who abducts Din in order to claim her power over the seasons. In the end, he is revealed to be a golden dragon taking a humanoid form, and was merely a puppet being used to resurrect Ganon.
Onox is a bit of a glorified version of the soldier enemy seen in the 2D games, just with stronger attacks, magic, and a draconic form. For instance, he swings around a mace like the ball-and-chain soldier. He can also stomp to make rocks fall from the ceiling, can summon lightning and cyclones, and can breathe blue flames from his draconic form.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Dragon's Breath
He will open his mouth and spew blue flames just like he does in his dragon form.
Side B: Mace
He will swing around his mace and send it flying forward, enlarging and smashing into the closest opponent.
Up B: Cyclone
He will summon a cyclone around himself and launch himself upward into the air while blowing his enemies around.
Down B: Dragon Stomp
He will stomp hard on the ground, causing rocks to fall from above right in front of him.
Final Smash: Dragon Form
He will transform into his dragon form and rampage around the stage, breathing fire for a few seconds.
Entrance: Lightning will strike the ground and he will appear.
Taunts: Up, he will hold up the Rod of Seasons and laugh. Side, he will circle the mace around his head for a second. Down, he will stomp and take up a menacing pose.
Thanks for reading! Next up, his sister villain, Veran from Oracle of Ages.
