Today, we will move on from the main villains to the primary henchmen, you know, the ones directly working for the main villain of their respective game, as opposed to random bosses like Croco or Jr. Troopa with no connection to the main villain. We'll start off with Yaridovich, one of the main bosses of the Smithy gang working for Smithy. Or rather, technically speaking, we will be covering Yaridovich, Bowyer, Mack, and possibly Punchinello (he seems like one of the gang, but for some reason isn't counted as such). I went with Yaridovich here as, while his fellows seem to mostly have one move and one move only, Yaridovich is much more versatile with a much wider variety of moves. So, I figured, if anyone would represent the Smithy gang as a whole, it would be him, with the others either appearing at points throughout his moveset or being color swaps. If it pleases you to refer to this character slot as "Smithy Gang" rather than simply "Yaridovich," that is perfectly fine.

Mack's battle features him bouncing around on a giant, um, pogo stick/sword thing . . . that he uses to bounce out of harms way sometimes. Instead of attacking with it though, he uses a flame wall. Bowyer shoots arrows at you, disabling certain moves, and fights you with electrical moves like lightning. Punchinello mostly summons in Bob-Ombs to fight you and uses sandstorms to attack you personally. Finally, we have Yaridovich, who will primarily stab you with his spear and use water moves on you like Water Blast. He can also split himself into duplicates, and can apparently turn himself into a Toad based on events in the game. (Seriously though, how is Punchinello not a part of the gang? He is based on a weapon and uses elemental moves just like the others? If I had to guess, it was just a developer oversight somewhere along the line). So anyway, I'd say we have enough. I'd put the elemental moves in the other move categories and leave the weapon-based moves for our Specials. Let's go!

Here's what I came up with:

Standard B: Pierce
This one is based on Yaridovich's weapon of choice. He will pull out his spear and stab straight forward, doing pretty hefty damage on the target.

Side B: Arrows
This one is based on Bowyer's weapon of choice. He will fire an arrow, which can be directed in the charge-up phase and it will strike an opponent. It might disable one of the player's buttons or it might just paralyze them for a short time.

Up B: Bounce
This one is based on Mack's weapon of choice. The current gang member you are playing as will pull out Mack's sword-pogo stick and use it to bounce high into the air and away from danger. As the end is a sword, coming down will do some damage.

Down B: Bombs
This one is based on Punchinello's weapon of choice. He will drop a large bomb, not a Bob-Omb as those are otherwise predisposed, but a regular bomb which will explode after a short time, doing significant damage.

Final Smash: Smithy Gang Bash OR Exor
Now here's the trouble. Smithy has Exor, and the Axem Ranger will have the Blade to work with, so that doesn't leave too much big stuff. It's possible they could use Exor as well, nothing states they can't, but if we want them to be more unique, a possibility might be to have all four attack together.

Entrance: They will be spat out by the Smelter onto a conveyor belt, and a hammer will pound them into the correct shape.

Taunts: Their little personal touches, like bouncing on Mack's sword for a second, or saying "Nyeh" based on Bowyer's tick, and so on.

Thanks for reading! Next up, we'll cover another group of individuals from the Smithy Gang, the Axem Rangers!
