Today, we will be covering the major supporting villains of Thousand-Year Door as well as the last of our Paper Mario companions to be covered here. The Shadow Sirens start out as secondary villains in Thousand-Year Door, allied with Sir Grodus and the X-Nauts in order to awaken their queen who had been locked away for, well, a thousand years. The Sirens are a trio of sisters comprised of Beldam, Marilyn, and Vivian. Vivian, the youngest, suffers cruel and sometimes all too realistic abuse at the hands of her sisters and eventually switches sides, betraying her sisters and becoming one of Mario's companions after he treats her with kindness. This character will feature moves from all three as well as their queen, and will feature each as a color swap, Vivian acting as the first.

Starting off with Vivian, in battle she can use Shade Fist, which is mostly just a basic punch; Veil, in which she pulls herself and Mario down into her shadow as protection; Fiery Jinx, in which she snaps her fingers and causes a ghostly flame to burn her enemies; and finally Infatuate, which causes an opponent to fall in love with her and potentially not attack. Her sisters have elemental attacks to go alongside her fiery jinx, with Marilyn throwing electricity at an enemy, and Beldam breathing an icy wind. They can also boost each other's stats. The Shadow Queen is another entity altogether, with her shadowy hands that drag souls into herself and her shadowy tendrils going everywhere. Let's see what we can do.

Here's the moveset I came up with:

Standard B: Fiery Jinx
This is more or less Vivian's signature move. She will snap her fingers and a ghostly fire will light in the air a short distance in front of her. If it doesn't connect, it will fizzle out, but if it does connect, the fire will stick and do continuous damage to the enemy.

Side B: Icy Wind
This one is Beldam's signature move. She will blow an icy wind similar to the Ice Climbers, which will freeze an opponent solid.

Up B: Shadow Flight
I struggled with this one, as they don't do too much aerial maneuvering, even to the point of being connected to the ground at all times when Vivian is following you around, but I think this could work. It's more built slightly on the concept of the characters. Tendrils, like those of the Shadow Queen will wrap around them and carry them upward, flying through the air like a bat, similar to how Peach is carried upward when she is possessed by the Queen.

Down B: Veil
Basically, Vivian or her sisters will lower themselves down into their own shadows, rendering them immobile but also invulnerable. Her downward grab will also do this but bring the captive opponent with them.

Final Smash: The Shadow Queen
The Queen will rise and attack the stage, sending her tendrils everywhere and making shadowy hands rise up and pull the players down and to their deaths.

Entrance: They will rise out of their shadows.

Taunts: Vivian's Infatuate would work well. Also maybe the other two sisters would appear and they would seem to chat for a second or two. Vivian might hide behind her hands and look around for a second.

Thanks for reading! Next up, let's covering the chunkiest of the chunkers, O'Chunk o' course.
