LUIGI
Today, let's let the floodgates burst forth. The RPGs, being RPGs, have proved a wellspring of brand-new characters and possible major revisions of pre-existing characters. Since there are so many, I will start by covering all of the revisions first. Here they are:
1. Mario
2. Luigi
3. Princess Peach
4. Toad
4e. Toadette
5. Bowser
6. Bowser Jr.
7. The Koopalings
8. Koopa Troopa
8e. Dry Bones
9. Goomba
10. Piranha Plant
11. Boo
12. Blooper
13. Lakitu and Spinies
14. Monty Mole
15. Hammer Bro
16. Wiggler
17. Chain Chomp
18. Birdo
19. Petey Piranha
20. Yoshi
21. Kamek
22. Shy Guy
23. Bandit
Today, let's cover Luigi. Now, unlike Mario, who we split off into an entirely separate moveslot for Paper Mario, I felt no need to do so for Luigi, as his appearances in those games are . . . a special kind of sparse, and when he does play a major role, he is mostly the same as the other protagonists, except for one major special skill, specifically a super jump. In Super Mario RPG, he doesn't appear at all. In Paper Mario, he is mostly hanging out at your house when you return there. In Thousand-Year Door, he crops up occasionally, telling you about his own adventure he's been on. In Sticker Star, he appears randomly in the background, and you have to use Kersti to peel him up. Finally, in Color Splash, he drives onto the scene in a Kart in the leadup to the final act of the game. Only Super Paper Mario shows him playing a major role, and much of that will be covered in his alternate Mr. L slot to be covered later.
Here is his moveset:
Standard B: Ice Flower
Side B: Boomerang
Up B: Super Jump
Based on his super jump in Super Paper Mario, in which he will crouch down before launching himself skyward. Mr. L will also have this, but will crumple like paper in that one.

Down B: Item Box
Popping out a Poltergust and a small Floro Sapien sprout in order to become Vacuum Luigi and Mr. L respectively.

Final Smash: POW Block
Entrance: Enters through a Warp Pipe
Taunts: A lot of the taunts he uses during these games, such as after he grabs the flag.
Next up: Let's cover Princess Peach.
