THE KOOPALINGS
Today, let's let the floodgates burst forth. The RPGs, being RPGs, have proved a wellspring of brand-new characters and possible major revisions of pre-existing characters. Since there are so many, I will start by covering all of the revisions first. Here they are:
1. Mario
2. Luigi
3. Princess Peach
4. Toad
4e. Toadette
5. Bowser
6. Bowser Jr.
7. The Koopalings
8. Koopa Troopa
8e. Dry Bones
9. Goomba
10. Piranha Plant
11. Boo
12. Blooper
13. Lakitu and Spinies
14. Monty Mole
15. Hammer Bro
16. Wiggler
17. Chain Chomp
18. Birdo
19. Petey Piranha
20. Yoshi
21. Kamek
22. Shy Guy
23. Bandit
The Koopalings appear only once in this run of games, as bosses through Paper Mario: Color Splash. Each of them guards one of the six paint stars, except for Roy, who I guess is just hanging out in the castle this time around. Morton fights you with his hammer as he normally does, Iggy rides around in a chariot pulled by Chomps, Ludwig commands an armed battleship, Wendy fights you with her ring as usual, Larry is being an obnoxious passenger on a luxury train for some reason, and Lemmy hosts a circus and rides his ball. Roy fights you with his bullet bill cannon, now filled with paint.
Here is their moveset:
Standard B: Magic Ring
Side B: Bullet Bill Blaster
Up B: Bouncy Ball
Down B: Giant Hammer
Final Smash: Airships
Gonna keep this, it's far more connected to the characters than the mechs of this game.
Entrance: The whole Koopaling crew will descend in their giant Klown Kar, and the one selected by the player will hop off onto the stage.
Taunts: Varies depending on the Koopaling.
Next up: Let's cover the Koopa Troopas, and more specifically what kind of things Kooper, Koops, and Parakarry bring to the moveset.
