PHANTUMP/TREVENANT
And now, skipping over Klefki, we come to a pair of lines I like to call the Halloween duo. Phantump and Trevenant are the first, a pair of Pokemon based on haunted trees like the kind you'd find in spooky forests and such, complete with Pokedex entries about how they were a little boy lost in the woods, whose soul became attached to a tree stump.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Will O' Wisp > Shadow Claw
Side B: Branch Poke > Wood Hammer
Up B: Growth > Phantom Force
Down B: Hex
Final Smash: Forest's Curse
Entrance: Poke Ball
Taunts: Looking like its searching around and crying, creaking spookily in the wind, shuffling sorta like a zombie, things like that.
Kirby Hat: Their face as a wood mask
Kart: The Poke Ball car
Special Move: Forest's Curse
Spirit Battle: On Geosenge Town
Victory Screen: Their opponents becoming lost in a forest full of them.
Losing Screen: Fainted
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors (maybe specific types of trees?)
