BINACLE/BARBARACLE
Next up, we have Binacle and Barbaracle, a pair of noticeably ugly Pokemon based primarily on goose-necked barnacles, complete with the long hand-looking growth things. There may be some connection to the Hamsa Hand symbol of Middle Eastern culture as well, especially when we get to Mega Barbaracle.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Rock Throw > Stone Edge
Side B: Bubble Beam
Up B: Infestation > Liquidation
Down B: Iron Defense
Final Smash: Stone Edge > Mega Barbaracle
Entrance: Poke Ball
Taunts: The different hands looking at each other, picking a spot and nestling themselves down, things like that.
Kirby Hat: Like the Bunny Hood, but with two hands on it.
Kart: The Poke Ball car
Special Move: Stone Edge
Spirit Battle: On Neos City
Victory Screen: Stepping out onto a rock as a ship sinks behind it.
Losing Screen: Fainted
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors
