SKRELP/DRAGALGE
Next up, we have Skrelp and Dragalge, based, just like Horsea and Seadra, on sea horses and sea dragons, but this time mixed with kelp, like the kind you always see sea horses clinging onto and blending in with. They also recently became infamous with their Mega form that apparently literally gives its enemies cancer.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Water Gun > Dragon Pulse
Side B: Poison Tail
Up B: Smokescreen > Outrage
Down B: Acid > Sludge Bomb
Final Smash: Hydro Pump > Mega Dragalge
Entrance: Poke Ball
Taunts: Drifting around like seaweed, jetting backwards for a second, things like that.
Kirby Hat: The kelp part of their head
Kart: The Poke Ball car
Special Move: Poison Tail
Spirit Battle: On Kalos Pokemon League, the water version
Victory Screen: Disappearing into a kelp forest (or a possible messed-up option in them looking through a window at their opponent in a hospital bed).
Losing Screen: Fainted
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors
