CARBINK/DIANCIE
I guess I should cover this now: if a regular Pokemon and a legendary debuting in the same generation have a specific relationship to each other, they will be covered together. At present, I believe that is currently only Carbink and Diancie as well as Cyclizar, Koraidon, and Miraidon, but it will still hold moving forward into new generations. Anyway, skipping over a couple of other standalones for now, Carbink specifically is based on a diamond or other precious jewel as it appears when it is first dug out of a mine, while Diancie is a diamond that has been cut and refined, decked out like a fancy princess.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Power Gem | Moonblast
Side B: Rock Slide
Up B: Ancient Power | Diamond Storm
Down B: Stealth Rock | Light Screen
Final Smash: Moonblast | Mega Diancie
Entrance: Poke Ball, or emerging from a broken rock.
Taunts: Tilting back and forth, dancing around in its dress, glinting in the sunlight, things like that.
Kirby Hat: Their gems as a hat.
Kart: The Poke Ball car
Special Move: Power Gem | Diamond Storm
Spirit Battle: Kalos Pokemon League, standard version
Victory Screen: Rising into the air and gleaming with brilliant light.
Losing Screen: Fainted
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors
