CLASSIC MODE
Let’s go with the movie. I think that’ll be the easiest.
1.
New York: Probably set on New Donk City. If
forced to be the main characters, then probably Mario and Luigi fighting Daisy.
Or you’ll be fighting all three together.
2.
The Sewers: Probably set on Underground, and it
would be really fun if Iggy Koopa and the Spike enemy took the place of Iggy
and Spike from the movie.
3.
Dinohattan: A fight on Dinohattan with Big
Bertha.
4.
Koopa’s Tower: A first fight with President
Koopa, probably set in some kind of skyscraper/office building style stage (if
I ever get to Die Hard, it will for sure be Nakatomi Plaza)
5.
The Desert: Any desert stage, possibly Desert
Hills. Fighting Iggy Koopa and the Spike enemy again.
6.
The Boom Boom Bar: Any bar stage. Maybe Cheers
will be a thing in this. Or Club Sugar from Wario Ware, I suppose. Fighting Big
Bertha again.
7.
Koopa’s Tower Again: A fight with a horde of
Goombas, now joined by Daisy if playing as Mario and Luigi.
8.
The Portal: Any stage that replicates the look
and feel of the meteorite’s location. Really any ruins would do. Fighting
anyone who looks similar to Lena. (Maybe Aunt Petunia? What am I saying? I’d be
very surprised if she managed to get on the Harry Potter roster).
9. The Finale: Fighting President Koopa on Dinohattan again, King Koopa from the TV Show showing up after he’s defeated.
