POKEMON CHANNEL

Pokemon Channel is basically a spiritual successor to Hey You, Pikachu! with the same set up of the player and their Pikachu hanging out in a room and being able to go outside and interact with various Pokemon, completing various tasks and playing various minigames, but with an added feature of you being able to watch the TV in your room, with programs you can watch including: Pokemon News Flash (a news report), an animation starring the Pichu Bros., a quiz show, an exercise program, a weather report, a channel that just watches an egg until it hatches, a Smeargle painting show, and a ranking channel. That's mostly all there is to it.
