SNUBBULL/GRANBULL
Skipping over now two more standalone Pokemon and a new evo, we come to Snubbull and Granbull, a pair of bulldogs, Snubbull dressed in a cutesy clown outfit, that have something to do with fairies, being retroactively Fairy type and even having Fairy as their category. They've never had any add-ons throughout the years, but Snubbull did have a notable appearance in the Johto seasons of the anime as the "new Jigglypuff" of sorts.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Bite > Elemental Fang (basically Ice/Thunder/Fire Fang together)
Side B: Headbutt
Up B: Scary Face > Play Rough
Down B: Lick
Final Smash: Play Rough Pack
Entrance: Poke Ball
Taunts: Dancing around, barking, being cute doggos, things like that.
Kirby Hat: Their heads as hats.
Kart: The Poke Ball car.
Special Move: Bite
Spirit Battle: On Puzzle League
Victory Screen: Running around excitedly, then sitting with their tails wagging.
Losing Screen: Fainted.
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors.
