RAIKOU/ENTEI/SUICUNE
Raikou, Entei, and Suicune were the new legendary trio introduced in Gen II, and our first ever "roaming legendaries" who would randomly appear around the region and flee after the first move unless you managed to trap them in the battle. They were said to be three regular Pokemon (widely believed to be the three original Eeveelutions) killed in the Burnt Tower when it burned down, only to be resurrected by Ho-Oh.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Thunder Fang | Fire Fang | Ice Fang
Side B: Extreme Speed
Up B: Discharge | Flame Wheel | Surf
Down B: Thunder | Lava Plume | Water Pulse
Final Smash: Thunderstorm | Eruption | Blizzard
Entrance: Appearing in a small version of the Burnt Tower ruins.
Taunts: Glowing with energy, roaring, things like that.
Kirby Hat: Their respective headwear/elemental thingies
Kart: Just running
Special Move: Thunder | Eruption | Blizzard
Spirit Battle: On Ecruteak Towers
Victory Screen: Fleeing the battle.
Losing Screen: Fainted.
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors (possibly referencing each other)
