Character Sheet: Pikachu Libre

PIKACHU LIBRE

For this generation, we have four newcomers that lie outside of the standard Pokedex, and will be placed in the Non-Dex roster. They are:

1. Figure Trainer

2. Lisia

3. Pikachu Libre

4. Shadow Mewtwo

Pokken Tournament mostly used regular Pokemon as its fighters, just reworked to function like Tekken battles. Two fighters, however, stood out from the rest, as unique variants on existing fighters with completely unique movesets of their own. The first was Pikachu Libre, based on the costume for Pikachu released for ORAS, with a wrestling-focused moveset. As she is distinct from the regular Pikachu, she'll join the human characters in the non-dex roster.

Here's the moveset I came up with:

Standard B: Discharge

Side B: Wild Charge

Up B: Flying Press

Down B: Electroweb

Final Smash: Thunderclap Press

Entrance: Standing on the ropes and pumping her fist.

Taunts: Up, raising up and pumping her fists. Side, making a "bring it on" pose. Down, rolling back and forth on her back.

Kirby Hat: The mask.

Kart: A kart based on a luchador ring.

Special Move: Thunderclap Press

Spirit Battle: On Neos City

Victory Screen: Her victory screen from the game.

Losing Screen: Her losing pose from the game.

Color Swaps: Color variants based on different luchadors.
