BUNNELBY/DIGGERSBY
And now for . . . what might be one of my least favorite art designs of the series, the regional critters Bunnelby and Diggersby. They are based on rabbits, specifically the burrowing kind, with earthmover arms and construction workers added into the inspiration as well. And that is definitely dirt on Diggersby's face, made to look like a construction worker's beard, and definitely doesn't look like it's been eating . . . something else.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Brutal Swing
Side B: Quick Attack > Bulldoze
Up B: Tackle > Bounce
Down B: Mud Shot > Dig
Final Smash: Earthquake
Entrance: Poke Ball
Taunts: Hopping around and wiggling its nose, doing the whole "clean ears with paws" thing rabbits do, digging around with the big ear claw things, things like that.
Kirby Hat: The ears, maybe the "dirt"-eating grin?
Kart: The Poke Ball car
Special Move: Brutal Swing
Spirit Battle: On Lively Town
Victory Screen: Acting like a construction working packing up at the end of the day.
Losing Screen: Fainted
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors
Thanks for reading! Next up, Fletchling takes to the skies!
