ESPURR/MEOWSTIC
Skipping over Furfrou, our first standalone, we now come to Espurr and Meowstic, a pair of Psychic Pokemon based on cats, and possibly Nekomata again, with Meowstic also pulling from the fancy beret-wearing French stereotype you see in a lot of movies and such. The male and female also have their own distinct variants that are combined for the Mega.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Psybeam
Side B: Scratch > Sucker Punch
Up B: Disarming Voice
Down B: Confusion > Light Screen
Final Smash: Psyshock > Mega Meowstic
Entrance: Poke Ball
Taunts: Preening their fur, dancing around merrily, turning up their nose in a haughty fashion, things like that.
Kirby Hat: Their ears
Kart: The Poke Ball car
Special Move: Confusion
Spirit Battle: On Lumiose City
Victory Screen: Floating into the air and brushing itself off.
Losing Screen: Fainted
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors, with both male and female variants.
