Character Sheet: Lisia

LISIA

For this generation, we have four newcomers that lie outside of the standard Pokedex, and will be placed in the Non-Dex roster. They are:

1. Figure Trainer

2. Lisia

3. Pikachu Libre

4. Shadow Mewtwo

Throughout Gen III and IV, and revived briefly in Gen IV with the Gen III remakes, players could compete in Pokemon Contests, which allowed them to dress up their characters and their Pokemon and put on a beauty show. This feature was heavily underutilized in the games, causing it to fizzle out as a feature, sadly, but given a lot of focus in both the anime and manga. Lisia was introduced in ORAS as a rival specifically for the contests, who was averse to regular Pokemon battling, making her a prime target as a character to represent the Contest gimmick as a whole.

Here's the moveset I came up with:

Standard B: Appeal

She will have Ali the Altaria out with her the entire match. During this, she will have Ali perform its appeal move for the audience, which will affect the players around them in the process.

Side B: Pose

Lisia and Ali will strike a pose, causing a camera flash that will stun nearby players.

Up B: Twirl

Lisia and Ali will twirl upwards with a ribbon before posing at the top and coming back down.

Down B: PokeBlock

Lisia will feed Ali some PokeBlock and replenish a bit of its health and stats.

Final Smash: Grand Performance

The stage of the Pokemon Contests will appear, and Lisia will lead Ali and a troupe of other contestant Pokemon in a dance performance.

Entrance: Rising onto the stage and posing.

Taunts: Up, Lisia will raise her hands, and Ali will alight into them. Side, Lisia and Ali will perform a little dance. Down, Lisia and Ali will sit in chaise lounges as if resting for the next performance.

Kirby Hat: Lisia's hair

Kart: A parade float where they can perform

Special Move: Pose

Spirit Battle: On Beauty Contest, even though we're going back to an older gen's stage.

Victory Screen: Lisia and Ali being presented a ribbon like from the anime.

Losing Screen: Losing and hanging their heads.

Color Swaps: All the different outfits available in the game.

Thanks for reading! Next up, Pikachu Libre is ready to rumble!
