ZONAI CONSTRUCT
Now, let us go through and cover all characters now added thanks to their appearance in Tears of the Kingdom, either newcomers or old characters given more to work with, and at least one that got added through association. They are:
1. Tulin
2. Mineru
3. Purah
4. Rauru
5. Sonia
6. Zonai Construct
7. Gibdo
8. ReDead
9. Gleeok
10. Phantom Ganon
Now, Zonai constructs are robotic enemies unique to Tears of the Kingdom that come in multiple variations, including Stewards and Warriors. While they are shown using a number of weapons just like Link can, I think the best way to go with this is to give them full use of the Zonai devices. This includes: the fan, wing, cart, balloon, rocket, time bomb, portable pot, flame emitter, frost emitter, shock emitter, beam emitter, hydrant, steering stick, big wheel, small wheel, sled, battery, big battery, spring, cannon, stabilizer, hover stone, light, stake, mirror, homing cart, and construct head. There is, for sure, way more than enough.
Here is the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Emitter
The construct will pull out one of the four emitters and fire off a stream of its element.
Side B: Fan
The construct will pull out a fan, which will blow a strong gust across the stage, blowing opponents back.
Up B: Rocket
The construct will attach a rocket to its back and launch itself into the stratosphere.
Down B: Cart
The player will hop into a cart, or wing if in the air when pressed, then drive it forward to slam into an opponent.
Final Smash: War Machine
Clearly based on the immediate creative fun the collective internet had with the game the moment it came out, the construct will assemble a giant mech/tank/Korok torture device that will rampage across the stage.
Entrance: It will assemble from parts.
Taunts: Up, it will raise its head and spin around. Side, it will manipulate a steering stick for a second. Down, it will plug a battery into itself.
Kirby Hat: Its face as a mask.
Kart: Based on a wing.
Special Move: I think it would be fun if it pulled up a random select of Zonai devices, each of which helped in different ways.
Spirit Battle: A horde battle on Great Sky Island.
Victory Screen: It will raise up and wave bye-bye.
Losing Screen: It will fall apart into pieces.
Color Swaps: All major construct variations.
Thanks for reading! Next up, Gibdo rises from the sand.
