DARK LINK
Today, we begin our very first run of Legend of Zelda character sheets, figuring out just what kind of movesets we can pull from all these characters and building a roster. For the moment, we have about fourteen:
1. Link
2. Dark Link
3. Princess Zelda (Currently honorary)
4. Marin
5. Sahasrahla
6. Old Man
7. Hylian Soldier
8. Ganon
9. Agahnim
10. Nightmare
11. Moblin
12. Stalfos
13. Vire/Keese
14. Thunderbird
Next up is Dark Link. For a while, I wasn't sure if this character would be their own thing, or just do the current Smash thing of being a color swap for the other Links, but a certain game we'll be covering later convinced me he had enough to stand on his own. However, since we haven't covered that one yet, he is here as an echo for Link for the moment.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Sword Beam
Naturally, he would use the same sword beam his echo would use, just made of shadow rather than light.
Side B: Bow and Arrow OR Boomerang
Once again, largely the same.
Up B: Sword Spin
He would do the same, but probably create a cloud of shadow around himself when doing it.
Down B: Bombs
Probably with some dark fire to the explosions.
Final Smash: Triforce and Master Sword
Basically the same, probably not as strong, since its just a shadow of the Master Sword and not a real one, possibly with the dark Triforce seen in Link Between Worlds and such.
Entrance: He will rise from a shadow on the ground.
Taunts: All of Link's, but reversed and only with shadows of the items used.
