HOOTHOOT/NOCTOWL
Next is our regional bird line for Johto. Hoothoot and Noctowl are both based on generic owls, Hoothoot also having a whole clock motif to it, but Noctowl mostly just being a cartoon owl. Noctowl is also notable as being the first Shiny in the Pokemon anime, and the only one Ash ever owned.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Peck
Side B: Tackle > Moonblast
Up B: Air Slash
Down B: Confusion > Hypnosis
Final Smash: Nocturnal Flock
Entrance: Poke Ball.
Taunts: Turning their head around, tilting their head back and forth, things like that.
Kirby Hat: Their eye feathers and beak.
Kart: Just flying.
Special Move: Confusion.
Spirit Battle: On Ilex Forest.
Victory Screen: Roosting up in a tree and hooting.
Losing Screen: Fainted.
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors.
