CYNDAQUIL/QUILAVA/TYPHLOSION
Next up, we have the fire starters for Gen II, Cyndaquil, Quilava, and Typhlosion, based on hedgehogs, stoats, and badgers respectively, all with fire coming out of their backs. In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Typhlosion also gained a regional variant, but we'll cover that later.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Ember > Lava Plume (III)
Side B: Quick Attack > Flame Charge (II)
Up B: Flame Wheel
Down B: Smoke Screen > Defense Curl (II) > Rollout (III)
Final Smash: Eruption
Entrance: Poke Ball.
Taunts: Making their fire flare, sniffing around, digging, things like that.
Kirby Hat: Their flames and the dark green back fur.
Kart: The Poke Ball car.
Special Move: Eruption
Spirit Battle: On Ecruteak Towers, probably. You know, for the fire.
Victory Screen: Shooting off a bunch of fire.
Losing Screen: Fainted.
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors.
Thanks for reading! Next up, Totodile takes a bite out of the competition.
