Dream Kingdom

DREAM KINGDOM

The Team Kirby Clash games took place in an alternate universe where the various characters lived in a medieval village often beset by monsters, with you playing as a band of four Kirbys who take jobs to fight these monsters.

The stage to represent these games will be set on the Empyrean, a notable battlefield within the series, but I went with the Dream Kingdom as the name to be more generally representative.

Telepathos

TELEPATHOS

The ESP ability was also represented in the game by Telepathos, a mid-boss that looked like a living mask with ESP powers.

As a fighter, Telepathos will be an echo of NESP, having even better aerials to it and higher power to its attacks. Its moveset will pull from the same pool.

Likelihood rating: Never gonna happen.

Hornhead

HORNHEAD

Alongside Beetley came a mid-boss that also provided the Beetley, a huge rhinoceros beetle reminiscent of a certain Pixar character.

As a fighter, Hornhead is much bulkier than Beetley, with even higher defense but much less speed. It will be an echo of Beetley, pulling from the same move pool.

Likelihood rating: Probably not.

King D-Mind

KING D-MIND

At the end of the game, during the line of bosses leading up to the end, a new powerful entity will be summoned, attacking his summoner with his hammer before facing Team Kirby as the final boss.

This is King D-Mind, a powerful entity that takes on a form similar to King Dedede for unknown reasons. It would reappear as a major boss in the sequel game as well.

As a fighter, he will have similar stats and strengths to King Dedede, with a bit more power behind him. His moveset will pull from his boss battles throughout the series.

Likelihood rating: Probably not.

Beam Mage

BEAM MAGE

And finally, we have our spellcaster.

This is the Beam Mage, a combination of Kirby’s Beam ability and the various spellcaster archetypes.

As a fighter, he will be similar to Kirby as always, except heavily focused on ranged magical attacks. His moveset will come from his moves in the game.

Likelihood rating: Probably not.

Doctor Healmore

DOCTOR HEALMORE

As for the third member, what party would be complete without a healer?

This comes in the form of Doctor Healmore, combining Kirby’s Doctor ability with the cleric archetype.

As a fighter, he will once again be similar to Kirby, if lacking a lot of defensive moves but making for a solid support character. His moveset will come from his moves in the game.

Likelihood rating: Probably not.

Hammer Lord

HAMMER LORD

The second member of this band was a strong barbarian wielding a hammer.

This is the Hammer Lord, combining Kirby’s Hammer ability with the barbarian archetype.

As a fighter, he will likewise be similar to Kirby if heavier and stronger. His moveset will pull from his moves in game.

Likelihood rating: Probably not.

Sword Hero

SWORD HERO

As the Nintendo eShop started to become a thing, so too did a number of expanded versions of small mini-games in the various Kirby games. One among these is Team Kirby Clash, a sort of D & D style game set in an alternate universe where a band of adventurers take on jobs to defeat various monsters attacking the local kingdom.

The leader of this band is the Sword Hero, a combination of Kirby’s sword ability and the paladin archetype.

As a fighter, Sword Hero will have similar attributes as Kirby, if a little bit speedier. His moveset will pull from his moveset in game.

Likelihood rating: Probably not.
