Character Sheet: Mallow

MALLOW

Next, we have Mallow, the Grass-type trial captain and third on Akala overall. She is a young cook, with her trial surrounding collecting ingredients for a stew, and also features heavily as a companion of Ash in the anime, where she works at a restaurant with her dad.

Here’s the moveset I came up with:

Standard B: Totem Lurantis

It will perform Leaf Blade.

Side B: Restaurant Crash

Based on her work in her family restaurant in the anime, she will hold up a tray of dishes and stumble, spilling them.

Up B: Steenee Spin

Based on her Pokemon from the anime.

Down B: Mallow Special

She will cook up the Mallow special from her trial, which will give a boost to any who eats it, friend or foe.

Final Smash: Bloom Doom

She will activate her Grassium Z, sending out Lurantis, Tsareena, and Shiinotic to perform it.

Entrance: Her trial opening action.

Taunts: Up, tossing her Bounsweet in the air. Side, taking a sip of something she’s cooking. Down, mixing up a coconut drink.

Kirby Hat: Her hair and flower.

Kart: Based on Bounsweet.

Special Move: Mallow Special

Spirit Battle: On Iki Town Plaza (omega form) with her battle team.

Victory Screen: Taking a sip of her Mallow special and expressing satisfaction.

Losing Screen: Handing over the Grassium Z

Color Swaps: Her main outfit . . . oh, I just remembered the Ultra Guardians outfits. Let’s retroactively put them on Lana and Kiawe too, shall we? Then one based on her dad, based on her brother, based on Tsareena, based on Lurantis, based on Shaymin, and based on Oranguru.

Thanks for reading! Next up, Sophocles sparks a battle!
