Character Sheet: Kiawe

KIAWE

Next up, we have Kiawe, the Fire-type trial captain who watches over Wela Volcano, and is heavily based on Hawaiian fire dancers. He is also a major character in the Gen VII era of the anime, where he serves as a companion and sometimes rival to Ash.

Here’s the moveset I came up with:

 

Standard B: Totem Alolan Marowak

He will do the fire dance with his bone mainly.

 

Side B: Fires of Wela Volcano

He will do some of his posing from his Z-Move as seen in the anime, blasting the fire that typically appears alongside it.

 

Up B: Ride Charizard

His ride Charizard will carry him upward.

 

Down B: Salandit

One of the Salandits from the other version of his trial will lash out at opponents.

 

Final Smash: Inferno Overdrive

He will perform his Z-Move, sending out Turtonator, Alolan Marowak, and Salazzle to perform it.

 

Entrance: His trial opening action.

 

Taunts: Up, doing his opening Z-Move motion. Side, performing a brief fire dance. Down, he will fawn thinking about Mimo for a second.

 

Kirby Hat: His hair

 

Kart: Based on Turtonator

Special Move: Totem Alolan Marowak

 

Spirit Battle: On Altar of the Sunne (origin form), with his battle team.

 

Victory Screen: Letting out a loud cry as Wela Volcano erupts behind him.

Losing Screen: Handing over the Firium-Z

 

Color Swaps: His regular design, a design with a shirt, based on Turtonator, based on Charizard, based on Alolan Marowak, based on Salazzle, based on Mimo, based on his dad.
