Character Sheet: The Wattrel Line

WATTREL/KILOWATTREL

Next, we finally come to the Regional birds of the generation, placed weirdly late into the Dex for some reason. Wattrel is based on a petrel, while Kilowattrel pulls more from a frigatebird, both having Electric powers as well.

Here’s the moveset I came up with:

 

Standard B: Spark > Electro Ball

 

Side B: Peck > Dual Wingbeat

 

Up B: Quick Attack

 

Down B: Discharge

 

Final Smash: Flying Tera-Type Hurricane

 

Entrance: Poke Ball

 

Taunts: Sailing in the wind, inflating its neck pouch, things like that.

 

Kirby Hat: Their beaks and the neck pouch.

 

Kart: The Poke Ball car

Special Move: Electro Ball

 

Spirit Battle: On Blueberry Academy

 

Victory Screen: Landing on a pier and pecking at its feathers for a minute.

Losing Screen: Fainted

 

Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors
