Character Sheet: The Capsakid Line

CAPSAKID/SCOVILLAIN

Skipping over the Toedscool line and Klawf for now, we now come to Capsakid and Scovillain. For decades upon decades, one single concept for a Grass/Fire Pokemon has reigned supreme, that being a pepper Pokemon, and now, we finally have it. It’s . . . not the best version of the concept I’ve seen, but I suppose the better concept existing in fanart really couldn’t be used by the official company anymore, so it is what it is. They are based on peppers, primarily Jalapenos and Habaneros, with Scovillain growing a second head, and pulling a bit from Vaudeville villains from old Westerns.

Here’s the moveset I came up with:

 

Standard B: Bullet Seed

 

Side B: Razor Leaf > Flamethrower

 

Up B: Sunny Day >  Overheat

 

Down B: Leafage > Spicy Extract

 

Final Smash: Fire Tera-Type Flamethrower > Mega Scovillain

 

Entrance: Poke Ball

 

Taunts: Walking bowlegged like a Western villain, fanning its mouth like it just ate a spicy pepper, things like that.

 

Kirby Hat: The pepper tops on their heads

 

Kart: The Poke Ball car

Special Move: Spicy Extract

 

Spirit Battle: On Hotel Z

 

Victory Screen: Standing all cocky, like it just won a duel at high noon.

Losing Screen: Fainted

 

Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors (probably various pepper colors).
