RIOLU/LUCARIO
Skipping over Munchlax, we now have easily the single most popular Pokemon of Gen IV, standing strong as one of the all-time most popular Pokemon of the whole dex to this day. And its baby. Riolu and Lucario are based on Anubis, and generally jackals from around Ancient Egypt, with the ability to sense and manipulate their own and others' aura. They also pull from the mythical metal Orichalcum, which makes up the spike in Lucario's paws and chest, hence his Steel typing. Lucario's already been in Smash, basically since his inception.
Here is their moveset:
Standard B: Force Palm > Aura Sphere
Side B: Quick Guard > Force Palm
Up B: Quick Attack > Extreme Speed
Down B: Counter
Final Smash: Final Gambit > Mega Lucario
Entrance: Poke Ball
Taunts: Taking up fighting poses, meditating, things like that.
Kirby Hat: Their ears
Kart: The Poke Ball car
Special Move: Aura Sphere
Spirit Battle: On Rumble Royale
Victory Screen: Taking up another meditative stance, Riolu losing its balance during it.
Losing Screen: Fainted.
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors
