CRESSELIA/DARKRAI
Next up, skipping over Heatran for a moment, we have Cresselia and Darkrai, a pair of Pokemon themed around being counterparts, though one was part of the base roster Legendaries and the other was a Mythical. Both have the power of dreams, Cresselia bringing good dreams to those it passes over, and Darkrai bringing nightmares, though both seem to do it more or less unintentionally.
Here's the movesets I came up with:
Standard B: Moonblast | Dark Pulse
Side B: Psycho Cut | Dream Eater
Up B: Lunar Dance | Sucker Punch
Down B: Safeguard | Hypnosis
Final Smash: Endless Dreaming | Eternal Nightmares
Entrance: Appearing from moonlight and shadow
Taunts: Cresselia's singing, shadows growing around Darkrai, things like that.
Kirby Hat: The crescent moon head, and Darkrai's smoke hair thing
Kart: Both just flying
Special Move: Moonblast, Dream Eater
Spirit Battle: On Temporal Tower
Victory Screen: All of the opponents asleep, peacefully or otherwise.
Losing Screen: Fainted
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors
