SHUPPET/BANETTE
And now, skipping over two standalone gimmick Pokemon, we come to Shuppet and Banette, two ghost types based on haunted dolls. Shuppet specifically pulls from little dolls common to a Japanese festival, as I’m led to understand, whereas Banette pulls from voodoo dolls and generic stuffed toys.
Here’s the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Shadow Ball
Side B: Screech > Sucker Punch
Up B: Shadow Sneak
Down B: Hex > Role Play
Final Smash: Phantom Force > Mega Banette
Entrance: Poke Ball
Taunts: Acting playful and whimsical, beckoning you to join it, things like that.
Kirby Hat: Wearing a sheet based on their bodies.
Kart: The Poke Ball car
Special Move: Hex
Spirit Battle: On Secret Storage
Victory Screen: Laughing wickedly as it plays with a doll version of its opponent.
Losing Screen: Fainted.
Color Swaps: Main, Shiny, other general colors.
