FEEBAS/MILOTIC
And now, we come to Feebas and Milotic, basically the same general concept as Magikarp and Gyarados all over again, except this time, its ugly to beautiful instead of weak to powerful, with a strong Ugly Duckling vibe to it. As with Magikarp, Feebas only learns three moves naturally across all generations, so it will be a Poke Ball Pokemon too, just flopping around like Magikarp did.
Here’s the moveset I came up with for Milotic:
Standard B: Water Gun
Side B: Surf
Up B: Twister
Down B: Aqua Tail
Final Smash: Beauty Contest Grand Finale
Entrance: Poke Ball
Taunts: Lots of contest poses, things like that.
Kirby Hat: The head fin things that look like long hair.
Kart: The Poke Ball car
Special Move: Aqua Tail
Spirit Battle: On Battle Frontier
Victory Screen: Basically the winning ceremony for a beauty contest
Losing Screen: Fainted
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors (mostly based on Beauty Contest elements).
